"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip"

"Hotel building is really tall and in busy hustle/bustle area of shinjuku…lot of adult entertainment things happening on street in nite..so choose according to your trip type and if with family.Rooms are on bigger side and well maintained.Cleanin and room amenities were good including coffee."
"The hotel is really nice but the area around it is not! It’s night club areas that we didn’t know it was… and every other night there’s drunk lying on the street! And in some areas, the garbage are dumped high on the street!!"
"Is very well worth based on comfort and location, the only negative (not much the hotel but japanese culture) is that the spa and commun areas are limited if you have tattoos.....other than that is quite perfect for the price and location "
"My stay at this Japanese hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in genuine warmth and attentiveness. It's clear that hospitality isn't just a job for them; it's a passion. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, providing a level of service that is increasingly rare. I left feeling not just rested, but also deeply touched by their kindness and dedication. If you're looking for an experience where you feel genuinely cared for, this is the place."
"Convenient property in Shinjuku, Kabuchiko area with plenty of food options. The airport limousine bus stops close by. Shinjuku Prince Hotel is connected to a mall and Seibu train and about a 7 min walk to Shinjuku Station. Can get a bit crowed and noisy at street level, but we could barely hear any noise from our room. Close to a Donki too. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are standard size for Japan"
