« Merveilleux séjour de quelques jours à Surat. Lorsque nous avons réservé via hôtels.com nous avons accidentellement indiqué 1 adulte. Lors de notre check out l’hôtel nous a facturé 1500 rupess +Tx de plus par nuit car nous étions 2\. Arnaque totale! Un point très négatif qui gâche l’ensemble de l’expérience. C’est malheureux »

« In catering to and expecting international travelers, I would expect a hotel to have electric points adaptable for US plugs. Only certain rooms have it, many others don't. The sizes of the rooms are very small, a queen deluxe room barely has space for 2 persons to keep their bags and squeeze around. There was leakage in many parts of the hotel, including rooms. An ironing board provided by the hotel had a cover sheet which bled color. On using a steam iron for a white shirt, it had severe color...
