Además el agua está parcialmente clorada y el ambiente de la zona cubierta estaba frío fuera del agua. Par ir a una sauna, pagamos un circuito termal, 39 €/persona, que era muy malo. Para los que estamos acostumbrados a ir mensualmente a un spa, con la pareja, fue decepcionante, pues mejor que esto, tratamiento térmico incluido, lo conseguimos por 21€ la pareja. Si vas sólo a tomar las aguas y no has ido a otro spa no balneario, pue bien. El entorno es muy bonito con mucha vegetación y el río Mesa. La comida está bien, aunque la cena estuvo mejor que la comida. Si lo reserváis, mandar un email para que os confirmen que tenéis incluido el acceso a la cueva termal. Por lo general te suelen decir que sí, pero si no lo preguntas, te lo cobrarán allí como un servicio independiente. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad. Todo el hotel necesita una renovación porque es muy antiguo. Está situado en una zona muy agradable y tranquila, con un río delante del hotel, que te permite pasear hasta el pueblo bajo la sombra de los arboles. Pagamos un extra de 31€ por el spa del hotel y resulta que solo teníamos derecho a 1 hora de la cueva termal por la tarde. Cuando el acceso a esta piscina, está incluido en todas las reservas pero en horario de mañana. Nos pareció una tomadura de pelo y aunque me quejé en la recepción dos veces, en el check in y en el check out, me dijeron que solo incluía una hora en la cueva termal por las tardes. Creo que deberían explicarlo bien en la descripción del hotel y poner que todos los clientes tienen acceso al spa por la mañanas, solo por reservar en el hotel. El pago extra del spa, solo incluye una hora por la tardes en la cueva termal. El resto de instalaciones no están incluidas. Creo que los precios son muy elevados para el servicio que ofrecen. Pagamos mas de 130€ por una noche de hotel, con desayuno incluido y el spa. Nosotros viajamos mucho, dentro y fuera de España y este hotel-balneario no está a la altura del precio que cobran. Nuestra estancia ha sido agradable pero nos ha decepcionado el estado del hotel y de las instalaciones.
