« It is rare in travel to India that a hotel really delivers but a good, clean and well maintained hotel combined with an exceptionally good service from every member of hotel staff really lived up to my expectations! The hotel room itself was clean, the facilities were warm and modern and the location was great - central. The service from front desk management (in perticular Mr Praveen) was exceptional. I needed a parcel forwarding to north India, unprompted, he totally understood my needs...

« Séjour très décevant. Les photos des chambres sont trompeuses, et le service ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles affichées, plutôt 3\. Petit déjeuner copieux, avec service amateur. Le Wi-Fi est inutilisable, surtout au 4e étage, où il faut relancer l’accueil plusieurs fois par jour. Propreté des chambres à revoir : j’ai dû changer trois fois de chambre à cause de divers problèmes (frigo manquant, vue désagréable, etc.). À éviter, sauf si vous n’avez pas d’autres options. »

« Ich wurde schon von einem sehr netten Taxifahrer am Flughafen erwartet. Im Hotel angekommen wurde ich bis zu meiner Abreise mit höflicher Liebenswürdigkeit behandelt Das Zimmer war wirklich ruhig und bestens ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen klein geraten aber für 2 Nächte in Ordnung. Sauberkeit perfekt .Der Swimmingpool groß und gepflegt. Das Fitness Studio mit modernsten Geräten ausgestattet u.klimatisiert .Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen und das Seafood Restaurant war...
