« Great amenities! Lots of room to have family over to visit. Optional boat rental was a plus!!...comfortable home!….bathroom and kitchen were well stocked and there were plenty of towels. stairs were steep and some areas needed upgrading but overall… great stay and had a good time!! Host replies very quickly and came out to property when I missed the return text..much appreciated ! »

« Beautiful area, the pool and spa were great, hot tub also. Steps were high so a little difficult for me but prevail we did. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks Susan. »

« This home on Lake DeRuyter was perfect for our extended family vacation. The house was equipped with all our needs. The owner was responsive with questions. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming was great as weeds were well controlled. The property is dog friendly as well, which made this vacation even better. Will definitely stay again! »

« We absolutely loved staying here! It was just the right amount of space for us and made our stay in Syracuse a memorable one. The neighborhood was quiet and that was just what we were looking for. I wish we had been staying long so I could enjoy a few nights out on the wonderful front porch but we were gone both nights late. We plan on making this a tradition and this will be the place I book if it's available. The host was great at providing information for our stay and checked in via text...

« Staying at AJ's place was at a clean, and safe environment. The house was about 20 minutes from the airport and in the midst of a quiet neighborhood. This (3) bedroom house was close to restaurants, the downtown area and the river front. The beds were comfortable, and all the bedrooms were neatly furnished. Consequently, we slept very peacefully during our 3-night stay. The wide screen TVs worked perfectly, and the shower was very relaxing. We will definitely stay here if we visit Syracuse...

« This was a unique experience, kinda rustic being in a barn. The floors were uneven, the light switches in mysterious places, but such a lovely setting! We were able to borrow the host's kitty for the evening, which made us extremely happy. Sarah, the host, is delightful! Claw foot tub scan be a challenge to get in&out, if you're at all unsteady. But I loved it! »
