It is super close to the Pell Bridge so it was easy to get to Newport and surrounding spots. This unit doesn't face the water directly, but walking out to the parking lot allowed us to take in the sunrise. The rooms are spacious with plenty of closets and drawers if you need them and plenty of electric outlets. The dining table was extra large so six people would be comfortable sitting together. There are basics in the kitchen, but if you plan to do a lot of prep/cooking, you might want to bring your own sharper cutlery, salt/pepper and foil or storage bags for leftovers. I gave the "accuracy of listing" four stars instead of five because I think the pictures are of a different unit in this complex, not this exact unit. Also, from the pictures, you can tell it is a two-story unit, but the description of the listing doesn't say that the kitchen and main living area are on the second floor.
