The first problem was, it was on the 2nd floor, and my wife and her 3 sisters are in their 80's, and they had a hard time climbing the stairs. my hearing is not so good, and I couldn't get CC on the TV. The biggest problem was the bed, it was the worst I have ever tried to sleep on.
