« The property is in a really great area. The home itself is a great place to stay for a vacation, with many beds and enough rooms. However, the bathrooms and kitchen seemed not well maintained. While we did not need to use the kitchen, we were not keen to use the Bathroom for a shower since we didnt like it . Overall good stay, except clenliness of the place. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend away at Fisher’s point. The cottage was beautifully decorated and surrounded by gorgeous landscapes. We loved how remote and private the property was, which allowed for a super relaxing vacation. The kids enjoyed all the wildlife that nature had to offer and fishing from the beach area. The house had a fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed to feel at home! Thank you for sharing your amazing piece of paradise with our family! »

« Stayed here for 4 nights, during our move out of the area. Home is comfortable and our daughter loved the kid touches. The basket of toys and books were so much fun for her. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. Two minor downsides, the kitchen showed some remnants of bugs. The owner said she was going to call pest control, but this was obviously missed by the cleaning crew. Additionally, there is quite a walk from where you park (near the garage) to the front door....

« It was amazing!! The house was perfect and so much local charm. I rode a bike which I haven’t done since I was child. The house felt like my grandparents summer home and was so welcoming. Thank you for sharing your families home. Highly recommended hopefully we will be returning again sometime »

« This apt/condo was awesome. We were in New Bern for a wedding. We did not need our car. We were right downtown and could walk to River front. The apartment was so clean and comfortable. Never been to New Bern and can’t wait to go back. Great restaurants and bars. David the owner answered our questions within 5 minutes of texting him!!! »

« We enjoyed our stay primarily for the cleanliness and location. It is across from a cemetery, but that didn’t bother us. Quiet neighbors, my husband said. But we loved the covered side porch and the comfy bed. Only down sides were the bathroom was very small, especially the shower, and the floors are pretty uneven, which would be a challenge for older guests (including the steep and slippery stairs up to the primary bedroom). Also, it appears that the owners suite is located just down the hall...
