Best option to stay in Phagwara very comfortable and peaceful staying good location excellent services, best for families and kid's, enjoy hard beverages, bar, restaurant, moreover if you missed the breakfast you loose the best of it, breakfast is excellent and room are best in class, room service are quick and satisfying, will visit again!!

Good hotel with excellent levels of service. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. Good choice of restaurants and always good food. Rooms are clean with good facilities and housekeeping standards are excellent. Good value overall and the best choice when visiting Phagwara!!!

Close to the the train station which was very convenient. Took less than 10 minutes by foot. The only thing there aren't any good shops near the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent property in good condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would single out Simran on Reception who was extremely helpful. The Roof top terrace was a great place to have an evening meal.

We had a great stay at Ambassador. I wanted my family to have a comfortable stay with great staff response. It is an experience from coming into the hotel, getting greeted and no issues at the reception. The reception guy was so calm and helpful. The breakfast and dining is exceptional. Rooms are so clean.

It was an absolute fun staying here. The rooms are clean, the food is amazing and the staff is exceptionally well behaved.. Didn't had the time to interact much with the hotel staff, but one person that I interacted with was Mr. Rajat, he is the front desk operative and is very polite. Extra 5 stars to him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do interact with him if you get to meet him. Overall a very good experience staying here.

Generally the staff were friendly and polite. The room layout was a disappointment for an executive room. The fridge in the room was missing, only an empty fridge cupboard. the full length mirror was covered by one of the two chairs, the other chair was in the alley infront of the bathroom door, and infront of the window. The suitcases area and the clothes/safe cupboard was in the corner with no light in the area, making it difficult to find things especially at night.

The Hotel is absolutely brilliant in terms of everything. right from check-in to check-out things are as smooth as ice. Rooms are Big, clean & wonderful! The FOOD is ASTONISHINGLY good! Loved the Breakfast, the dinner & the variety it possessed. Tremendous property & totally recommend to people who are visiting this area for any work related purpose or anything for that matter. 10/10!

The most exciting service there is. The staff is so connected and happy that it directly affects the guests. We had a great time. Mr. katwal and Mr pawan are wonderful and charming and the kitchen staff love what they do so much that it shows in every bite of the food. Chef Vaneet puts his heart in food and guests. Spending time in this hotel thrilled and excites us very much.
