You can hear the noise from the room next door and also from the hallway. If you want peace and quiet, this hotel is not ideal. Also, cleanliness could be better, there was hair everywhere in the room and they only provide 2 body towels, no hand or face towels. Lastly, the elevators are very slow. There are only 3 elevators for 39 floors, you will have to wait at least 5 minutes each time you want to use it. I stayed in this hotel for 1 week. As this hotel is relatively new compared to other hotels, the interior or everything inside the building looks new and clean. That is all good points this hotel has. This worth as much as the other big hotel chains have. The problem is that this hotel does not have a good service. Not all employees are educated well, so sometimes they came to my room late after calling for room service or additional room cleaning service. Restaurant has surprisingly low prices to be an hotel restaurant and it is proper tasty, breakfast buffet has a massive choice and all it is well prepared. Lounge access with open air swimming pool is cosy and relaxed.
