You can do many activities even though you're staying in apartment all day, you can swim, drink coffee, get food delivery and enjoy a cozy apartment all day long.

- DO use the premises with care. Any damage or lost will be charged

- DON'T smoke inside the apartment. It is bad for your health

- DON'T bring pets, even though i love animals, but the apartment management wouldn't let me

- DON'T party and do criminal activities or anything against the law

- As this is an apartment not a hotel, i appreciate your common courtesy and understanding to tidy up after yourselves before you check out

- MUST i remind you about 1 thing: that this unit is not available for cooking, only basic cooking, so i recommend to do take outs or deliveries
