Shanti environment. I was on a work stay for 10 days and I had a lot of problems with their staff not understanding English and the wifi didn't work. The first 3 days I didn't have any hot water, they did fix it asap. The hotel staff was strange and I felt "watched" every minute that I was on the grounds which made me very uncomfortable while traveling by myself. The restaurant staff seems tired and bored to be there with 0 enthusiasm for their job. The food is very good, service not so much. They don't take amex, I had an incidental charge after leaving and I tried to pay with amex. it didn't work and the hotel staff called and texted me over 35 times on what's app, stalking me for 3 days while I was traveling internationally. The gardens at the RHH were well tended to and beautiful.
