Housekeeping staff threw away my face wash while cleaning. The bathtub were old and not proper. We booked a cab from travel desk a hotel which over charged us in the name of parking charges and uphill climb charges. Unfortunately my stay was for few hours so can't say much about the hotel. However, I will share whatever I experienced in that short span. The hotel is nice and beautiful. The staff was polite and helpful. I haven't ordered or tried food so no idea about that. The rooms were good however, being situated near the station, there would be lots of noise. They tried to reduce the sound by using glass, but still it is noisy and because of glasses it is not airy. So if you want a hotel with complete peaceful environment then this is not the one because of location.
