PLEASE NOTE: \- The property doesn’t require a damage deposit but a valid credit/debit card on file might be needed in case of damages. \- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival. \- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old. THE UNIT This Desert Tiny Home- B39 (Forest River) features: \- 1 RV Queen bed; \- Bunk beds; \- Sofa; \- Flat-screen TV; \- Kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster; \- Pets allowed on other unit/site; \- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!! Comfortable, clean, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The grounds are wonderful with hiking trails, pools, hot tub, and a fun bar / restaurant.
