The property features just 5 private apartments, giving it an exclusive and calm atmosphere, along with a full size raised swimming pool with a deck, lounge chairs, and seating area. The studio includes a queen bed with high quality bedding, a private bathroom with hot shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with mini fridge, electric stove, extractor, microwave, plates, cups, and utensils. The apartment also includes air conditioning, a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV, and fast free WiFi. We provide fresh bath towels along with essential items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and paper products to make your stay easy and comfortable. The building offers secure on site parking for one vehicle, along with an electric vehicle charger available with prior reservation, and access is controlled through a secure electronic gate with 24 7 entry. Guests can check in with the doorman or use self check in depending on arrival time, and each apartment is fully private with secure key access. The property also features a reception area, guest lobby, and a full time onsite administrator available to assist during your stay. Additional features include a landscaped internal courtyard, a foot rinse station for sand and saltwater, and a 1200 gallon reserve water tank with a pressure system to ensure reliable water service at all times. Security cameras and onsite staff provide an added level of safety. Housekeeping and laundry services are available for an additional fee, and we also offer complimentary luggage storage on your arrival or departure day between 11 00 AM and 7 00 PM.
