New washer/dryer, 45” TV. NEW queen size pillow top beds, NEW fold down leather couch as a twin bed. Parking for 2 vehicles in a 24/7 gated community. Two blocks from the beach and a 10 min walk to the downtown Jaco area. Premium Cable TV (many selections and English channels to), free updated business speed Wifi (100/50mg) and central A/C. Offers a secure family friendly community with large L shaped shared pool, several BBQ ranchos, kid's playground, gazebo area and extensive green tropical gardens. Lauderdale condos. Elevator wasn't working so it was very tiring hauling our luggage to the 3rd floor. The check in person called a person to help, but that was after we unloaded most of our stuff.
