Relax in this unique and peaceful getaway.  
  
Our apartment is located in the Torres del Mar condominium in Jacó, a very exclusive complex with 24-hour security, quiet and cozy to share with the family.  
  
It is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped with high quality utensils. Its location is ideal, very close to the center of Jacó, but at the same time quiet enough to rest comfortably, and just a few steps from the beach.  
  
It is a pleasure to share this apartment with you.  
  
Fall in love with Jaco and the views from the terrace ♥ Once you reach this place, you will now you made the right decision.  
  
The apartment is located in the southern area of Jaco, which still preserves the calm and green environment of the mountains, as well as a great opportunity to find fascinating fauna such as scarlet macaws, mixed with impressive sunsets full of peace and energy.  
  
We are in the Torres del Mar condominium, Jacó, Costa Rica, an excellent location since it is in an intermediate point that allows you to easily travel to various tourist areas of the country.  
  
Torres del Mar is a new, private condominium, one of the best places to stay in Jacó, it offers, in addition to 24/7 security, other amenities such as:

In addition, due to the good location of the place, it is very accessible for delivery services such as uber eats, so you can simply relax.

Do you need transportation to the airport or tour information? It will be a pleasure to help you with information about it or coordinate what is necessary (\*additional cost by third parties).  
  
We would love to be part of your vacation, since our goal is to create unforgettable experiences that ensure guest satisfaction and allow us to continue growing; It is for this reason that we have been guided by some simple rules for the proper maintenance of harmony for all:  
  
✓ Parties are not allowed, this community is a family place.  
✓ Smoking is not allowed inside the house (otherwise we will proceed with the additional charge of furniture cleaning and odor removal fees, since we always try to deliver the house to our guests in the best conditions)  
✓ The entry into the community of company ladies or activities related to prostitution is not allowed.  
✓ Pets are not suitable for this house: we know that they are part of the family, however our home is not suitable to host them and they could be stressed, in addition, due to condominium regulations they are not allowed in common areas.  
✓ The departure is at 11 am: we ask you to please be very punctual in this, since the health and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance, which is why we carry out an exhaustive cleaning of all the houses with each departure, in order to try to guarantee a completely clean space.  
✓ Being a condominium there are some basic rules of coexistence, so a maximum of 4 people per house are allowed to enter the condominium, prior registration of the same (full name and identification number required).  
  
The community is really beautiful, however, keep in mind that being a new place, there are still constructions in progress in some parts, so it is possible that during the day you can hear sounds caused by them. Even so, the beauty of the condominium and the excellent location are superior.  
  
This house is managed by the Como en Casa Rentals team, we are Superhost and we have extensive experience, we will gladly be available to help you with any questions.
