The fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, makes meal preparation a delight. Ample seating at the spacious counter and a cozy dining table. Unwind in the open living area. Board games and more to keep you busy when spending the day in unit! There are two ways to access this unit, one by ground floor where the single-car garage is located. There is a stairwell and elevator located close to the garage. The other is the parking lot on either side of the pool. Both sides of the pool have ramps to take you to the walkway, which takes you over to all units. Longer stays welcome! We have been trying to find the perfect condo and location in Amelia for our family for the past 5 years. This was it! The beds were comfortable, the condo stayed cold, and the location was perfect for our teens. Our family (three adult couples) met here to spend a long weekend. One couple flew into Jacksonville airport (approx 45 minutes away — very easy and low pressure airport withconvenient flights), one drove from Gainesville and one drove from Florida panhandle. The condo unit was immaculate and well-stocked. Furniture is very comfortable and we had not trouble seating our family for meals. It really was perfect for us. Hubby used the pool and found it refreshing, the rest of us walked the beach from Fort Clinch to the condo while looking for a few sharks teeth. There are a good selection of restaurants nearby and lots to do. We are nature-lovers so we loved being so close to Fort Clinch. Birding is exceptional there and there are so many trails to enjoy. Traffic can get pretty busy on the weekends, but Fernandina is a nice sized town — not too big with good pockets of real Florida charm. We loved the location of this condo and especially loved how clean and well-equipped it was!! ##### Stephanie P.
