Covered parking, washer, dryer are included. Less than 5 miles away from the Mayo Clinic. Your luxurious suite is very clean and has a modern, coastal vibe. I am also a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent if you are looking to move to the Jacksonville area and would like to check out any houses! The Space: Perfect location for everything you need. It is walking distance from coffee shops, grocery stores, the pier, and Jax beach's most popular bars. This clean and freshly renovated suite includes all new flooring and furniture. The queen size bed with tempur-pedic mattress includes a trundle twin size bed underneath. This place has a beach towels, smart TV and fast Wi-Fi! The kitchenette is complete with a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, glasses, microwave and everything you will need to feel at home! There is a guest book with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa marina rooftop for sunset, and best brunch spots. There is a closet with a suitcase rack, clothes hangers and room for your belongings! The beautiful spa like white bathroom is complete with 3 luxury towels, shampoo, soap, LED light up mirror, bluetooth speaker and a hair dryer! There is an outside bistro table perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the ocean breeze! The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. Their is a smart T.V., so you can connect through Apps like Netflix, Comcast, Xfinity, Hulu, Etc. We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property. This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management.
