The open-concept kitchen/living area is a perfect gathering space, featuring comfortable seating where you can unwind after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV or simply bask in the natural light streaming through the sliding glass doors to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting state-of-the-art appliances, sleek countertops, and a dual drip/K-Cup coffee maker. We didn’t use the balcony much as it was extremely humid and stayed wet/moist the whole time we were there. It was our first time on Amelia Island, so we didn’t know much about the area. In the future, we’ll look to stay somewhere closer to restaurants - we love to walk, and found the location of this condo limiting, as it is on a busy road without a sidewalk. I would have liked more beach chairs as I wasn't sure if we could use the ones by the pool area. Luckily we brought one with us along with beach towels and umbrellas. It was smaller than the last condo, but still very nice and updated. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags if you are driving.
