Each 2 BR/2BA adjacent property is ideal for your family/friends to relax...OR rent both properties for wedding groups, reunions or large family vacations and have 3 consecutive ground floor ocean patios.

Walk out to the beach DIRECTLY from your oceanfront patio. Condo is situated in the very last building at the south end of the Amelia Island Plantation resort farthest from the Omni Hotel and crowds. It is also on the south end of the building which offers the quietest experience... oceanfront with an easy walk across the grass to the renovated Sea Turtle private access pool.

The Master Bedroom has a spacious King Bed, Private Bath, HDTV and access to the patio. The ocean and sunrise are both easily visible while lying in bed through the oceanfront window. The Second Bedroom Also Has a King Bed, HDTV and entrance to the 2nd Bathroom. The Living Room has HDTV, DVD & CD Players. All 3 TVs offer a good selection of channels, ESPN, etc. Queen Sofa Bed for Additional Sleeping Arrangements.

Kitchen is Fully Equipped for all of your cooking needs.. This is a VERY CLEAN, updated Non-Smoking getaway. From luxury Turkish bath towels to Southern Tide beach towels, we furnish our place with the same things we use in our own home. We don't want guests to feel like they are staying in a hotel, but rather at the family beach cottage!

When you are not on a relaxing beach walk, try jogging or riding under the live oaks on the long paved trails. Tennis on private courts is only a 1-2 minute walk from the building. Enjoy golf at several fabulous local courses.

Enjoy the First Class Spa on the Plantation or splurge at the spa and pool at the Ritz for an afternoon. Eat at the Falcon's Nest, Marche Burnette, or Plae on site or the famous Salt Restuarant at the Ritz. Our place is only a 5 min drive up A1A to the newly renovated Harris Teeter, which is a flagship store for the grocery franchise. It carries an extensive wine selection. There are also tons of quality shops only minutes away.

The island has fantastic historic downtown Fernandina Beach, which is great for dining out, shopping, or book browsing. Walk the marina, take a sunset cruise or bring fresh seafood right off the docks back home for an intimate family meal. On the north end is Fort Clinch State Park and the condo is within walking distance by beach to view the large oceanfront homes on the secluded south end as well as quiet Amelia Island State Park. Off the south end of the island are also Big & Little Talbot State parks. Enjoy a day of kayaking at Little Talbot.

Horseback riding, bird watching, hiking, fishing, and boating are also possible and the horses will ride all the wall up from the south end of the island to our place! Cumberland Island day trips can be arranged for exploring and private picnics.

Pets (Dogs only) must be approved by condo owner prior to check-in. We allow guests to bring a dog under 30 lbs for a flat $75 pet fee before applicable taxes. Additional dog(s) or dog(s) over 30 lbs must be specifically approved by the owner and would be subject to additional pet fees.
