While I had a confirmation number to stay at this property, upon my arrival they did not have a room. They did offer to provide accommodation at a property about 60 miles away. The front desk attendant was great and very apologetic. Just not happy that I had to drive 3 hours late at night to find another hotel.

Staff was friendly and informative. Room was clean & bed comfortable. Will, definitely, stay here again. Only downside was breakfast is not complimentary $18 for the hot food & $7 for cold, like pastry, cereal or bread. Kinda over priced for a small selection.

Great staff. Only place in Jacksonville open for dinner on Christmas night. Noel was the only waitress working on Christmas night did a great job working alone waiting on a ton of tables.

Nice hotel but some issues
Friendly front desk. Beautiful decor for XMAS. Nice shampoo and body wash for guests. Bed not comfortable. Paper thin walls. I was up all night with people talking and walking to and from elevator. Make sure you aren’t ext to elevator. Someone’s alarm went off constant next door from their phone from 5 am to 9 am. The curtains don’t shut all the way so sun came in super early.
