This 2nd-floor, 2/2 oceanfront condo epitomizes the Amelia Island lifestyle with its unbeatable location and accessibility. Elevators ensure easy access. The Amelia South complex boasts additional perks like a community room, pool, sundeck, and gated beach access.

Guest Access:
Self Check-in-Door code is issued the day of arrival via email. There is marked parking for 1 vehicle (C2) and open parking for your other guests. The parking pass is in the basket in the kitchen.

Awesome vacation!

Host was responsive and accommodating, definitely deserves an A rating! The location and surrounding area was excellent with a lot to do. Sightseeing, biking, shopping, and beaching was great. Awesome view off the balcony. Plenty of good restaurants. The condo could use a little sprucing up, but nothing that affected our stay.

Wonderful beachfront property

Loved this clean, beautiful, well decorated, ocean front property! Coffee bar was great! Little check in surprises were nice. Needed to communicate with property management who were quickly responsive, even on a holiday. Would love to come back with our family and enjoy for a longer stay.

The condo is located on the second floor, which was very nice. We had a few problems, but the property manager handle them very fast. The beds in one of the bedrooms need to be replaced along with the headboards. That is one of the only things that the condo is needing. The overall building is not in the best of shape but we were told they were making improvements. We love Amelia Island.

Our first visit to Amelia Island

This is a very nice condo. The owners have taken great care in providing in providing items to make your introduction a smooth one. It appeared to be a newly renovated condo and the touches were very nice. While the apartment was really nice, our only drawback was that the building itself was a bit shabby looking. The apartment door faced the parking lot and seemed a little like a motel entrance. The view from the inside was great and access to the beach is super. We are disappointed that we have not yet received our credit for the Security Deposit. I wrote to the Cottage to see if they could help with this.

Nice central location

This was our first time to Amelia Island and we loved it! So much to see and do, great restaurants, friendly people, we had a great time. The condo was in a great location, we enjoyed being able to get to both ends of the island easily. Condo was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, games and books, chairs and an umbrella for the beach. We had everything we needed. My only complaint is the beds were very very firm which some people like, but we had a hard time sleeping. There are a couple things I’ll say about the property, I wish the pool had umbrellas for shade and the water to rinse off the sand from the beach smelled absolutely horrible, like rotten eggs. Easy fixes and not deal breakers. Overall we had a great time!

Guest Cottage is Great

Because of last-minute construction going on at Slice of Heaven, we were moved to a corner unit, N1. The condo was great, the view was fantastic; and, Guest Cottage was fantastic in working with us to make the switch effortless. Check in was a breeze and the condo had all the necessities. We will stay there again.
