Once we figured out the GPS directions took us to the wrong gate we had no issues gaining access. Luis didn't have the home listed as available for the 1st day but he called vrbo and was able to add the night so she could be safe. He was super communicative, and just so sweet. The home itself was bigger than expected, so clean, updated and just felt like home. A great place for her to be in this stressful time. Thank you, Luis, for everything. As noted on the reservations check in information would be received by Tuesday prior to the trip. Requested information from owner by was notified information will be sent day of reservation. Uncomfortable traveling 4 hours without certainty of accommodations. The gated community was very nice. Door key code wasn’t allowing me to enter the unit and the primary contact telephone number no one answered. I was able to contact the owner via telephone number on the reservation page. Luis quickly activated another code for entry to the unit. The unit provided extra amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, which added ambience to our stay. The unit pictures are identical to the unit. Definitely a comfortable stay. The shower flooring housekeeping could benefit from some whitening to enlighten the color. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. It was in a great location, close to grocery stores and a shopping mall, making everything I needed easily accessible.
