The "rustic meets relaxing" decor makes you feel at home while paying homage to the earthy feel of early beach cottages. Wake up each morning to that gorgeous ocean view from the master bedroom, then take your coffee and bagel out on the oceanfront deck so the sound of the waves can alleviate all that built-up stress and worry from daily life. If you need to go to the beach, just step out on the oceanfront deck and take the connecting walkway to the nearest beach access, all the while never letting the ocean view go out of sight! Do you have a fishing boat or jet skis? The sound side of the complex has boat docks, a boat ramp, and trailer parking (first come, first serve). You can't go wrong with Queen's Grant, and you'll be greatly relaxed with the wonderful atmosphere of B-105. Queen's Grant offers convenient community amenities for its guests. The complex has private beach access for its residents and guests between each oceanfront building. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's play area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while cooking a delightful grilled meal. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. \*The bedroom TV does not have a cable box but can be used to connect streaming or gaming devices.\* Bed sizes include a King and 2 Twins. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. ➤\*\*\*Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Several small items breaking forced a call to Lewis Realty and those issues were addressed. Patio furniture all cracked and broken. Wild animal (possum?. raccoon?) lodged in between ventilation pipes for the duration of the stay. Clawing noises, crying noises, all hours of the night. Kids afraid to go to the bathroom or shower. Did not get a full night's sleep the entire trip. Lewis Realty admitted this had a been a problem for some time but did not send anyone to look into. We ended up leaving a day early as this was stressful and disturbing to hear a trapped animal 24 hours a day. Very disappointed. ##### Curt W. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that although it has a nice large deck, the deck furniture consisted of a few cheap plastic chairs. No table was available which was a shame since it would have been a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the glorious sunrise or to relax with a glass of wine in the evening to view the moon and stars! Overall I really loved this place and would like to return next year - maybe they will have better deck furniture by then 😉 ##### Linda S. It looks like the owners are updating the unit. Laundry is great. Furniture is dated and mattress is not very supportive.
