The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, including linens, for our stay. Great porch with nice furniture for early morning coffee or cooler evenings. Condo is on the first level (second floor) with parking right below. We never had an issue with parking. We were disappointed with the cleanliness. While bedding, bathrooms and kitchen areas were clean, it appeared the condo had not been vacuumed. There were crumbs behind the table and cereal on the floor in the kitchen. Also, when entering the sliding door into the living room from the beach, we noticed a strong odor of cat pee. It was definitely inside and not outside. Did not notice it at other times.
