The Riverwalk Park is across from the home, and the harbor is a 5 minute walk through the beautiful park. It's also less than a block from Riverwalk Park, a green space leading to Kerr Street Park along the river, with a dock and kayak rental kiosk.Highly recommended nearby establishments include Clove Hitch Beer Company and Chicano Street Kitchen.The house is attractive, on a corner lot. There are a full well-equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, and two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The porch wraps around two sides of the house. This home was perfectly decorated exceptionally clean and provided everything we could possibly have needed. Kathy was a wonderful host and would HIGHLY recommend her place!!! The house provided a fun place to hang out even if we didn’t have anything planned for the day. Pool, air hockey, video games, checkers/chess a puzzle and dominoes.
