Aug 25, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy Disliked: Location Great location for Mayo visits, simple and functional condo with a few drawbacksMy husband and I stayed at this 1-bedroom condo in downtown Jacksonville while receiving care at the Mayo Clinic. Overall, it was a cost-effective and simple place to stay, and while we appreciated several thoughtful features, there were some important details future guests should be aware of — especially around parking, amenities, and building maintenance.Pros:- The condo itself is clean, functional, and uncluttered.
