Nestled on quiet street yet minutes from the Square and river -- and from restaurants, coffee shops, arts, events. One of two units in a private house with patio, backyard and new driveway. You’ll appreciate the quality of furnishings in this 1000 sq foot house 2 bedroom house. Bedrooms are upstairs while living area & kitchen downstairs. Two FULL bathrooms up and down stairs -- rare for a unit of this size in the San Marco area. Place has most everything you need -- a true home away from home -- yet in an uncluttered format. Equipped with all new kitchen and laundry appliances, with tile and refinished wood floors throughout the home. 3 TVs, cable, streaming services, hi-speed internet.
