This beautiful home is only 2 blocks away from the beach. You can find a variety of restaurants, local cafes and shops just a minute away. The space This modern yet cozy space located in the heart of Jax Beach gives you the ability to explore Jax Beach, Neptune and Atlantic Beach all in one stay. Wether that’s an early morning walk on the beach to catch a sunrise, a bike ride or an evening stroll. Guest access Guest will access property via keypad by main and front door Other things to note \-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTS of $650 (or nightly rate) will be collected before your stay that will be refunded after check out. We reserve the right to keep the deposit dependent on the condition of our home. \-ADDITIONAL CLEANING FOR LONGER TERM STAYS (30 days +) will be done every two weeks for the duration of your stay, for an additional charge of $200 per cleaning. \-STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE. This place was exactly as described, but turned out to be even better. Host Danijela was always quick to respond and her parents... I can't say enough nice things about them! My Dad thought that the lighting wasn't great for reading. There was a beautiful lamp in place 2 days later. My dad and I stayed 39 days and during that time, more cookware/utensils were brought in for homebodies like us. This is a fantastic property for long term rental. ##### Kelly P. We had a long stay in the Jacksonville, FL area (Mayo clinic) and "the beach condo" was perfect for us and our pup Max. Long walks on the beach every afternoon was so therapeutic and a welcome end to our day. The condo was as described - relatively newly renovated, fresh towels, new washer/dryer, nice little outside back porch which we didn't use since it was chilly but nice to have. Having space to spread out was super nice. Great host who answered any question within the hour. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay close to the beach but still have access to stores/restaurants & of course, the beach! ##### Sara G.
