Welcome to the Captain's Quarters! This is a brand-new rental on the beautiful Amelia Island. There is so much available including abundant outdoor reaction- from walking the trails, swimming, shelling, biking, championship golf courses, boat tours, kayaking, and state parks. A downtown area filled with shopping, Saturday morning Farmer's Market, restaurants galore, live music at every turn and a charming seaport harbor which boosts beautiful sunsets and the opportunity to jump on a boat tour.   
  
We fell in love with Amelia Island because of the abundance of things to do, the incredible music scene, the friendly locals, and miles of accessible beach front. We have been blessed to travel all over the world (husband is a Pilot for Delta) and we have never experienced a place that had so much to offer and was so beautiful. Like most condo's on Amelia Island this condo is not directly on the beach but it it is only a 6 min walk (0.3 miles) to the beach. We are on the highly sought after Southside of the island between the Ritz and Omni. The path to the beach is canopied with big, beautiful trees and is shady. You can walk to the beach or take the golf cart to the edge of the wooden walk way. We have a very quiet, peaceful community. Our large community pool is right outside the condo and is seldom crowded.   
  
Right outside our condo you have easy access to walk or bike to The Plantation for a bite or shopping. You are also right around the corner from Harris Teeter and the many adorable shops and yummy cafe that is in the same complex.   
  
We do a deep clean after every visitor. Our condo is always clean and our goal is for you to not only want to return but to recommend us to your friends.   
  
Our condo is designed for families, girls trips, guys who love to golf and corporate visitors.   
  
The things we have to offer include;

Dining table that seats 4 and bar that seats 3  
Wall mounted smart TV's with ATT streaming . Many movie changes and APPs you can access  
Full size washer and dryer  
We have a water softener   
Tile and hardwood floor-no carpet  
Ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms  
AC/heat  
Dishwasher, garbage disposal   
Vacuum  
Full size fridge with ice maker   
Stocked kitchen with Keurig, and full size coffee pot  
Air fryer and blender

Frequently used spices, foil pans for baking, pots, pans and utensils  
Master bedroom has a king bed and oversized chair that pulls out into a bed  
All beds and pillows are allergen free covers that are cleaned between guests  
Extra blankets and linens  
Master bath has 2 sinks and double shower heads  
Master closet is a walk in with shelves and hanging rods  
2nd bedroom has full bed and a twin  
2nd bathroom shower/tub  
Each bathroom has its own towels, washrags and high powered hair dryers  
2nd bedroom has a regular size closet  
Both closet has extra hangers for clothes   
Outside patio with table and 2 chairs  
Reading books and board games   
  
A few other things we offer;

Dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags  
Shampoo, conditoner, body lotion and body soap  
Apple and Samsung chargers  
Large make up mirror, minor 1st aid kit, clothes steamer (all under master bathroom cabinet)

Bike helmets (state of Florida requires children under 16 to wear)   
  
We do not supply swim diapers. Please bring them and use them at the pool if your child is not potty trained.  
  
Golf cart-to be used only for the convenience of getting to the beach. Waiver must be signed to use  
  
You are responsible for any major damage to condo, furniture, bikes or golf cart.  
  
Our goal is to make this an awesome vacation for your family and friends.

The house was very well-equipped with beach towels, beach gear, bikes, and kitchen and bathroom amenities. The golf cart made it very easy to get to the beach and saved our minivan from the inevitable invasion of sand. The home felt spacious and was very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was calm and safe, and was conveniently located near the beach making it a short trip there. We really enjoyed our stay, it had all we could ask for, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

#### Absolute perfection! 

We recently stayed at this lovely vacation rental on Amelia Island and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest after our fun-filled days at the beach. The condo is extremely well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, making it a true home away from home. Even my teenage son commented on what a great place it was!We loved the easy walk to the beach along the beautifully tree-canopied path - it added to the charm of our experience! The golf cart is definitely an added bonus for shuttling things back and forth, especially if you have a larger group. The island itself felt peaceful and uncrowded, even on Memorial Day weekend! The grocery store is less than 5 minutes and everything we wanted to do was within 15 minutes and really easy to schedule.Communication with the owner was excellent; they were extremely accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed for a great vacation. I can't wait to return to this wonderful spot on Amelia Island! Thank you for a restful and relaxing getaway!

I'm not sure the pictures did this property justice. It is a very spacious condo with beautiful tall ceilings, a huge master space and an enormous sectional in the main living area. We appreciated that the property was stocked with things like coffee pods, laundry detergent, and even cell phone charging cords! In addition to the golf cart and bikes which came in handy, they also had tons of beach supplies (chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc). This was a wonderful surprise and made our trips to the beach so much easier!
