Enjoy a cozy rest in the open downstairs living room while the younger members of the family enjoy the upstairs living area. This beautiful home is tucked in a quiet, safe neighborhood and 1mi to the beach. Beach towels, cart, cooler, and umbrella are provided; just bring your suit and enjoy the ocean and salt air. Outdoor shower available at the home for those extra sandy days at the beach.

Pet friendly, work friendly (if you must), 3mi to Mayo, a short trip to local shops & restaurants.

Bring your boat if you like. There's boat parking at the house and the marina is a short 3 blocks away!

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

No parties or events allowed. Maximum number of guests never to exceed the capacity allowed for the house.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Strictly Enforced: Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at their own risk. ***

*Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit
