The check-out list was clear and concise and even though they asked us to be conscious about water usage due to the house being on a water tank we never had any issues. Very clean and well-stocked, with gorgeous natural surroundings. My kids loved "swimming" in the jacuzzi. It's also a great location, just a few miles outside of downtown Jacksonville, but with a feeling of privacy. We've loved attending Britt Fest concerts over the years, but lamented not having time to soak up the rest of the town. Staying here for the weekend gave us that opportunity. In fact, this is our second time to stay here! Our only problem this time was the previous tenant ran the water tank out of water and we had to wait about 45 minutes for this to get resolved. But even so, we would definitely stay here again! It's the perfect get-away for our family with an awesome pool and hot tub. It's also a very welcoming house, big and spacious. We love it!
