My wife called me crying and said she did not feel safe in this neighborhood with just her and the two kids. Unfortunately I was two states away and could not get there any earlier. I was given the wrong address and improper instruction about the lock box. I Called the property owner but did not get a response. once we found the correct house and figured out how to access the property we were pleased. Kitchen is well stocked and the home is very comfortable. Hand held in the upstairs bath does not work and you need to let the hot water in the sink run while showering so that the on demand water heater has enough flow to work correctly. We walked to the Jaguar game and also to a couple of restaurants. There were some places in the area that had many homeless; I would not walk alone or at night. We did feel safe in the house. The property was very convenient to downtown area, and had easy access to freeways. One suggestion, a binder or some written info about how to work tvs, showers etc in the house.
