It was a nice, clean, comfortable condo on golf course. Everything you would need was included and in good repair. Plenty of parking. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Not at all what the picture presented!

We were late arrivals. It was impossible to find because there was no lighting in the area. It smelled musty. No help from the management company at all. I asked for a refund and they refused because it was a prepay and told me to deal with Expedia. Do not bother with this site at all.

Fairway Villas - April stay...

The property was very nice; setting quiet. It is remote, with the only supermarket 5+ miles away, but if you plan accordingly, that shouldn't be a problem. The only problem was that on our confirmation emails, there was no mention that the office was only open until 6:00 pm. Since we arrived late (after sundown), and the office was closed, we fumbled around to find the security booth across the highway from our turnoff. The guard was helpful and got us our room key, and instructed us how to get to our unit, and to just register at the office the next morning. On checking out, I recommended to the office staff that they add the office hours to the confirmation letter. Owners would know this, but guests do not!
