The beach is never crowded. The view from the condo was great! The unit was fine, but needed some TLC. The shower head was really strong to the point it hurt. It was missing a lamp in the living room, but I found one in a closet without a shade and we used that for the week. Otherwise there would have only been 1 lamp for the entire area. Ceiling fans would have been nice and maybe a TV in the second bedroom, Found socks in a dresser drawer and the blender didn't work. The Master bathroom needs a “shower caddy”. This \~$20 item would make soap and shampoo easier to find and use. 3\. The bathrooms need a grab bar. The tubs are an accident waiting to happen. 4\. I don’t know how to improve the kitchen, but the DW makes the kitchen a one man job. 5\. Redo the counter top w tile above the washer/driver. I went out and bought PVC and cut it to length and put it in the tracks for security. I know it's the 7th floor but one could easily get over the balcony wall from the adjacent unit and get in via the sliding door if not fixed. Internet was GREAT!!! ##### Robert D.
