A historically black college, Edward Waters College is currently a private, Christian, liberal arts college, is the oldest black college in Florida. It is a member of the United Negro College Fund. It also adopted its current name which honors the third bishop of the AME church. The college was destroyed in Great (Jacksonville) Fire of 1901, the largest urban fire in southeast United States. So clean and smelled amazing walking in the door! Plenty of room for myself, husband and three kids ranging in ages from 3-17\. Nicely furnished kitchen that was used a number of meals at the house. Home is close to several restaurants in the area and only 30-40 minutes from nearby beaches! The owner was very prompt with messaging back and forth!
