If you are looking for the perfect spot for your next vacation, this is it! This attractive location is directly oceanfront with a 180-degree view of the beach from its own private balcony. This condo is located on the second floor and an elevator access is available from the private parking area, a bright and airy two bedroom getaway that sleeps up to four. The complete galley kitchen offers a choice of eating in, or, if you prefer, there are numerous restaurants located just two miles away in Historic Fernandina Beach. These cozy oceanfront villas, located in a quiet beach area, are literally steps from the ocean and are a beautiful choice for a seaside Florida vacation rental. This Coral Sands villa features a living room and a dining room area that gives you a wonderful view of the ocean. The master bedroom faces the ocean, offering breathtaking sunrises from bed. The oceanfront deck is a perfect place to start the morning or quietly finish the day. It is a cozy and warm place for that much needed break. Perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay. Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental. We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign. ​​​There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date. We love the close proximity to (ON) the beach and that this area is never crowded. The property is central to great restaurants and close to downtown. We had a great time despite the beach renourishment project happening right in front of the condo. (My husband enjoyed watching and learning about the process while I enjoyed the beach.) I intend to fu with property management regarding this issue with photos to address. A beautiful spot on the beach, great views, friendly neighbors and pet friendly. This condo needs some attention and love. Amelia Island Vacations is a great company! They were great to communicate with and were very responsive and attentive. Not sure I would rent this condo again but I would definitely rent through Amelia Island Vacations. ##### Debbie S. We covered furniture with blankets to sit on. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in the condo. The pots & pans in the kitchen were goodwoll specials, not worth using as was the range. None of the burners fit properly to cook on. The mattress sagged badly on th left side. There was no beach umbrella or chairs. We did find 2 rusty bag chairs that were on their last leg & a tent with no instructions . The condo stunk, a combo of wet cat, mildew, old grease. We left the sliding door open all the time to keep the smell at bay. The only good part was the balconey & beach front. We wont stay here again. likeaacatwergoodwspecials ##### Renee M. The mattress in both rooms where horrible. If the dollar store sold mattresses these would be the rejects. Extremely uncomfortable, for a premium price paid it should have been better. Me and wife tossed and turned every night all week. Parking was also very inconvenient approximately 20 spots for 30 rooms. If it was ever at max capacity you can park at a sister company 1/2 mile down the road. ##### sonya y.
