I had one problem with the outside lighting not working, and the host took care of it as soon as they knew about it. They went above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed. The washer/ dryer in the batroom ( complete with complimentary derergent for 2 loads) was a huge plus. Appliances worked great, screened in porch was very enjoyable. We spotted turtles, ducks and deer while playing. From our balcony we watched other golfers and from our unit we saw the sun rise and set. Close to the water and all activities that go with. It appears that the unit was remodeled recently. It was not cleaned from that! There was drywall dust in the bathtub and walls and drywall in the carpet. When showering the first night the water smelled like sewer and the tv in the bedroom didn't work. We stopped by the office to have them look at it, never received a call. It wasn't until we checked out that we were informed that it is well water and the hot water heater should have been drained.
