This space is freshly updated at the perfect location. Very clean with a non contact check in! You’re a short walk to many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the sand. Less than 4 miles away from Mayo Clinic. Your place is very clean and has a modern, coastal vibe. Everything you need including 5 beach chairs, umbrella, grill and kitchen essentials! The Space: Perfect location for everything you need. It is walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TVs with Peacock and fast Wi-Fi! The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa marina rooftop for sunset, and best brunch spots. Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels provided for each guest as well as soap and shampoo. There is a patio furniture set perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the ocean breeze! The Casa Coco has a greenery wall backdrop for a perfect family or IG photo! The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. Beach towels provided!
