Beautiful single story, fully furnished home with 4 bedrooms (3 kings (or 6 twins), 1 queen), 2 full baths, private parking and in a Golf course community. Enjoy the large, inviting living room and large back deck overlooking the above ground pool!

Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, keuirig coffee maker (takes k- cups), microwave, dishes, and pots and pans. Linens and bath towels provided for 8\. Charcoal grill is provided (bring your own charcoal and must clean out before you check out). Smart TVs provided in all bedrooms and living room. Laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use and convenience. .  
  
No access to owner's closets or garage. Dressers are provided in every room.  
  
Pool is available for seasonal use (May-OCT) 4 ft deep. No diving or jumping. It has a locking ladder when not in use. (No life guard on duty, use at own risk.) \*\* New safety pool fence installed around pool wall.

\*recommended to bring food, toilet paper, trash bags (13gal tall), coffee, soap, laundry soap, shower soap, eta. We do try to provide some trashbags, toilet paper dish soap, dishwasher (cascade platinum only kind I found that works), and hand soap; its not guaranteed or may not last your whole stay. Extra towels if you want more than the 6 provided. Linens and light quilts provided for all 3 beds.   
  
Contactless entry, there is a keypad on front door.   
  
\*\*Be advised we do have a front door camera and back door camera monitored by Vivint and ourselves occasionally for the safety/piece of mind for our guests (we do have an extremely nice/safe neighborhood in our experience) and to check in on our property to keep it well-maintained as we are out of state. There are no indoor cameras.

2\. Children must be supervised at all times  
3\. Life jackets to be used as needed  
4\. No glass, drinks can be used in provided plastic cups(it could rip our liner and ruin pool)  
5\. No sharp objects or toys in pool

\*\*If you are staying on a Sunday evening, Tuesday afternoon or Friday morning be advised of our maintenance schedule:  
\--Sunday--trash day, if you are there on Sunday please take both large outdoor trashcans to mailbox area for pickup around 6pmish so cleaner or neighbor does not disturb your vacation. Cleaner will do it when house is vacant.  
\--Tuesdays-- ACR Pools checks water chemistry and treats, vacuums, and maintains as necessary.  
\--Fridays(schedule fluctuates)--Lawncare will be there to mow lawn. Please ensure dog or kids are inside while grass is being mowed.   
  
\*\*CHECK LOCAL WEATHER for local guidelines during hurricane season (june-october) for your stay and contact Christina for questions.

\--Handymart--on the corner of Gum Branch Rd and Rhodestown rd (3 min dr) has delicious fresh ground coffee for every cup(larrys house brand), 30 count chicken poppers for $10, fresh chef salds, and yummy personal pizzas (order ahead for large puzza or breakfast pizza), those are our favorites, but also has plenty of extra fixings and choices.   
  
\--Doordash--just about any kind of food of your choice delivered   
  
\--Fuji Sushi for pickup only in Richlands is our favorite! M-f 11a-230p luch specials are amazing. 3 rolls or lunch bento boxes plus soup or salad for $12!!   
  
\--Walmart grocery delivery nextday to the door (which can be very convenient). There are also 4 walmart locations nearby in Richlands, and 3 in Jacksonville.   
  
\-- Lowe's food grocery store on gum branch (10 mins) is pricey but amazing deli, prepared meats and veggies for grilling, homecooking, or large selection of already prepared deli sides, sandwiches, sushi, seafood, in-store made sausage and cut steaks, prepped fruits and veggies, etc.   
  
\--several Food Lion grocery stores, Aldi's, Dollar General, Family Dollar, and many other shopping locations nearby (15 mins)

Check in was very easy but never mind that the beautiful view of the sunset while sitting on the front porch was just out of this world…. pool was absolutely amazing perfect temp the house was beautiful the beds very comfortable we very much enjoyed our stay will definitely rent again

Love the pool and yard the house was clean and very nice and very big I definitely recommend coming back if your trying get away with the family and want a pool and quiet neighborhood. Beach is about 45 mins away we love everything about this house. You definitely can tell they have kids . Thank you for letting us stay with the family 10/10 your house and stay and I didn’t have no issues .

#### Visit with family

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed during our vacation. Communication with the host was instant for the few questions we had. The pool was clean and serviced regularly. It is a great addition to the property. We swam everyday. It was nice to have a TV in each bedroom. The neighborhood was charming, we walked every morning and evening. All of our family enjoyed this VRBO and we hope to stay there again.

#### Home away from Home

The house was very nice and had all of the essential items. The pool was used daily. Location was nice as it was in a quiet area that wasn’t far from local stores. Would recommend doing research ahead of time of what is in the area if you’re traveling out of state. Wish there were pamphlets or brochures of near by attractions and restaurants. Also bring your own games if traveling with kids as many of the games were missing pieces. The first aid kit was also not found when we were in need of a bandage. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves.

The property was on point with the listing. It was secure and manager was available . The only thing I couldn’t locate was pot holders in the kitchen so I bought some and was reimbursed right away. I would love to revisit. Had all the basics needed for our stay and then some.

Host is very nice and communicates well. house is nice, except the kitchen. Biggest issue was a musty smell that appeared when you ran the heat. My wife was so sick after the first day, we just quit using the heat. Fortunately, the days were warm so we just bundled up at night... Kitchen lacks common things like pot holders and measuring spoons and cups and such... Kitchen floor is torn and kinda dirty... Again biggest issue was the heat...

#### Awesome Vacation

Beautiful home, the home is exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching my 6 year old run around and play on the swing set. Very spacious and clean with all of the amenities that you would need. The pool in the back yard was huge, we chose not to get in the pool because we went to Bear Island. We would definitely stay here again.

#### Military Family Visit

Thank you for sharing your property with our family so we could visit my son stationed at New River Joint Base. It was perfect for our family! Perfect size, everything we needed & much nicer & more comfortable than any hotel. This worked great for us! Close enough to the beaches. The rooms were spacious, clean, kitchen had everything we needed & then some. Felt like home. The pool was an added bonus! Would highly recommend for families looking for comforts of home. A short distance to Emerald Isle. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home!!
