Service was excellent. Loved the bartender on the evening shift. The “European breakfast” was just ok- Italian dry meats, cheese, pastries, and yogurt. I have celiac disease, so it was limited what I could eat. They have one dish on the menu that was gluten-free, a kind of mini egg casserole. It was greasy and just soso. Points faibles : État et installations de l’hébergement Wonderful hotel! Location and staff are great. I’ve stayed here before and it was great. This time was good too, except there was some kind of flooding problem in the hallway outside our room. There were wet floor signs when we checked in, but no noticeable water. Overnight was a different story. Fans and vacuums all night in the hallway outside our door. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. We checked out at 3 or 4 in the morning since we were awake already. Outside our door we found a a carpeted hallway so soaked with water there were actual large puddles on top. Thankfully it didn’t seep into the room. I don’t know why we were given a room in an area with a known maintenance issue, I can only hope the other floors were full and we were only staying for one night. A heads up would have been nice at least. As is, we would stay here again. The rooms are nice, as is the location. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Every other visit has been perfect.
