Well functioning heat, hot water and appliances. Lovely little outdoor space adequate for dining. Quiet neighborhood with parking on site for two vehicles. Even a security doorbell. Short distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Has a modern aesthetic which we found very appealing. Four adults had a wonderful 3 day stay November 2024\. The agents attention to our comfort and stay requirements was amazing and greatly appreciated. I hope to stay here again when we visit Jackonsville. Would recommend this property to anyone singles or families for short or extended stay.
