Walk to the beach in minutes, or drive just 5 miles to Historic Downtown Fernandina for local dining, boutique shopping, and coastal charm. Available for stays of 30 nights or more.  
  
Welcome to your Amelia Island getaway! This spacious, pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental is one side of a duplex and designed for comfort, convenience, and plenty of relaxation just minutes from the beach.  
  
The primary bedroom is located on the ground floor with a queen bed, dresser, and easy access to the downstairs shared bathroom—perfect for guests who prefer not to climb stairs. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms: one with two queen beds and one with two twin beds. Each has its own ensuite bathroom, making this home ideal for families or groups of friends.  
  
Gather in the cozy living room with TV, share meals around the dining table for seven, or cook together in the fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer, free WiFi, and thoughtful touches throughout make extended stays simple and stress-free.
