This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom remodeled condo is a quick 2-minute walk straight to the beach. Amenities include a shared pool, playground, picnic area, grilling station, and tennis/pickleball courts. Relax on the private balcony with a pleasant view of oak trees and wildlife, enjoy the beach or explore all the shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown Fernandina Beach. Master bedroom includes a queen bed and ensuite. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin (upper bunk has maximum weigh limit of 150lbs). The sofa converts to a queen size gel foam bed. One of the best parts of this unit is its location- it’s not in the middle of all the crowds but close enough to everything. We normally stay oceanfront so I was concerned about distance to the beach. This unit is in THE PERFECT location! The walk is direct & short! The beach was not crowded- busy, but not crowded- in this part (which is a big deal for me).Suggestions we have are to be explicit on parking- it took us a bit to figure out where our spot was because it’s not located in the main parking lot (which is where GPS leads). We also weren’t clear on trash/recycling & where that went.We would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend this unit! You won’t regret it! ##### Jill V.
