We welcome you to relax in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom first level condo. Enjoy some time on the screened in patio/deck which features two ceiling fans and comfortable seating. We are about an 8 minute walk on a separate path to the beach! We are also in walking distance of a few restaurants and an ice cream place! Enjoy some time by the pool or the tennis courts! The space A quick trip up five steps and you are at the front door of our 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom condo. You will enter into the living room where you will see our favorite feature, the yellow surfboard! The living room has a 42 inch smart tv. We have also stocked the TV stand with some board games for you to enjoy! There is a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Off of the living room is an entrance to the screened in patio/deck with plenty of seating. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, dresser, closet , smart TV and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom (mermaid room) has a ceiling fan, dresser and closet. It’s a short walk to the beach, Sliders & ice cream! This condo was more updated & cleaner than my previous units. The deck was comfortably furnished. Condo had everything we needed. Lots of paper products were provided which was appreciated. I wish the pool was heated but that’s no reflection on the condo owner. And I’m not tech savvy & was not prepared to stream TV. The screened porch was perfect to start the day with coffee and end the day with a drink. We woke up Saturday morning to go ride horses on the beach which is very close by the way. There were a lot of good restaurants near by and Centre Street was really cool and romantic to explore.
