Got here reservation said parking included but they charge $28 for valet which is the only option besides parking on the street. I go in to check-in and the person working the counter double charged me for my stay because she didn’t check to see if I had already prepaid through Expedia. This experience has been horrible so far and I’ve only been here for an hour…btw I paid for valet parking and ended up parking my car myself. Worst experience ever.

I love where the hotel is located in downtown Jackson. Their well known museums have 5-10 minutes commute time.

Overall a great experience.
Our TV screen was purple (broke) and the handheld sprayer in the shower was leaking from the hose. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We will stay here again. The website for the restaurant needs to be updated because some pages show different times. There should be more options for picky children.

Our stay was great but the parking was not because, if you don’t do valet the parking is limited. For price of the hotel they need more parking space available.

This hotel is close to what little nightlife downtown Jackson has. My wife and & I walked back from a club less than a mile away without encountering ... anybody, which feels a little creepy. But we never felt unsafe, & the hotel is situated between Jackson police headquarters & the United States district courthouse, so it doesn't feel risky. Anyway, if you don't feel like walking, just drive or grab a ride share to your destination. The hotel is fine inside.

Had a wonderful experience !!
I would highly recommend this hotel to others. My daughter, niece, and I traveled from Louisiana to Jackson for a cheerleading competition and we really enjoyed our stay there. From the valet services to check in and check out, the customer service was amazing. The staff was so polite and helpful. The entire hotel was was very clean as well. I will definitely stay again.

My stay was fine until the Valet forgot to turn my car off and my battery was dead the next day. I had somewhere to be for 10 am. So I had to beg a mobile mechanic to come and pay out of my pocket for a mistake I did not make. Plus the area around this location doesn’t seem very safe. Overall, I DO NOT recommend.

Westin-Jackson
This is a very nice Westin. We have stayed before overnight, passing through to another state. Self parking is anywhere you can find a spot, which did not appear to be any available when we got there, so we gladly paid the 22.00 for valet, which is right across the street in a private lot. There didn’t seem much around to walk to, so we had dinner at Estelle in the hotel. Very nice bar/restaurant. We sat at the bar and the food was very good. Our room was very clean and cozy. Nice shower with rain shower head. Staff was very nice and helpful!

The hotel itself is nice but has an unpleasant aroma. The lobby smelled like a trash can with air freshener trying to mask it and the hallways reeked of the smell of weed.

Loved it!
We arrived at 9pm & were exhausted from driving 7 hours. The cost for one night was high but we desperately needed a good nights sleep. It was a magnificent room & the bed was so comfy. The rain shower was fabulous. The only issue we had was that we were told at checkin that brunch was included with our stay so we thought that truly makes up for the extra expense of the room. However, when we went to eat the next morning we found out that it was not included. The prices were a little expensive so we shared a chicken & waffles plate. It was delicious. Overall it was a very nice hotel & we would definitely stay there again.

The Westin Hotel Jackson
We went for our granddaughter's graduation from Jackson Medical School of dentistry. Her awards dinner was held at the Westin, and we stayed there for convenience. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
