Do you love nature and need a peaceful getaway? How about a place for your fur baby to be free in nature? Unplug from the screens & enjoy family time over a board game or hand in cards. Cell towers provide phone & internet access, but there is No WIFI. Located on the border of Mountain Ranch & Mokelumne Hill on the backside of Murphys & Arnold, our 5.5 acres is a place to chill and relax, watch the kids run around exploring & just breathe. Cabin is small but offers ALL needed accessories: kitchen supplies, campsite amenities choice of Weber, Treager or gas grill, Mr. coffee pot with filters and sugar, several family activities, both outdoor & indoor, to unplug from technology like books, puzzles, magazines or just zone out in the peaceful environment and watch the wildlife come to eat and drink. There are two outhouses, a small hand washing sink, an outdoor shower that gets hot and steamy, and surprisingly a nice treat. Sometimes, many guests' favorite part is the outdoor shower. Inside the cabin: One queen-size bed and one queen blow-up mattress with bedding provided. Dog bed, electric heater, wood burning stove, wrap-around table, stove, microwave, a/c unit in the summer & small refrigerator. Inside the cabin is meant for two adults and two children, extra guests up to 6 are welcome to camp outside of the cabin. Additional guests above 6 are $50 a night or negotiable. There is a TV with 1000+ DVD movies to select from, several cell towers nearby for cell service & you'll have service, but no WIFI. There is also a projector for outdoor movie watching while sitting at the campfire. The property was affected by the Butte Fire that passed in 2015. You’ll see firsthand how close the fire came to so many homes & marvel at the regrowth over the past years. The property itself is an adventure. Our property goes back another 2.5 acres behind the top sitting area that’s being cleared from the fires and fallen trees. We have an additional campsite on the property that has its own fire ring and chairs for tent camping/camper van set up, but just a bridge walk over the creek to main sitting area that guests over standard 6 can use for an additional fee of $25 per night. Outside, there are different areas to relax, a treehouse platform to enjoy morning coffee, 80ft zip line swing, toss games, and hammocks out in the summer. All you need are groceries, some firewood, and we have a store on the way called Senders in Mountain Ranch. Where you’ll find local wines, big ribeye steaks cheaper than the Bay Area, a Deli with great sandwiches, and anything you can think of they have it plus the extra nic- nak if you want a souvenir. There is also a local bar to play a game of pool, grab a bite and watch a sports game. During the summer on the weekends, there are also local farmers market vendors and other events. We love this place, come up every other weekend to clean, split wood, clean fallen trees and enjoy nature. We try to keep the price low, so others can enjoy getting away too. The place is wonderful. My dogs enjoyed their stay as well they felt at home. We spent our time painting rocks and making a sign for the garden. we went to celebrate father's day along with my wife's birthday and we had a great time doing so. The peaceful property allowed us to disconnect from everyday life and unplug. The dogs enjoyed roaming the property and being able to run free. The property had everything we needed and was so cozy and enjoyable. I can already see us booking this property again and coming here with our children (currently expecting #1). We hope to make this property a new family tradition every year, or even more often. If you want to unplug and unwind, this is the place to be. ##### Brandon G.
