The property boasts a lovely mature cottage garden and a bright, light, contemporary glazed extension. Set on a 70-acre working sheep farm in the heart of rural Devon, you can head out and start your adventure right from the front door. Located within easy access of the A38, exploring further afield couldn’t be easier. The little Georgian town of Modbury, with its selection of unusual and unique shops, is just a short drive away, so too is the fabulous South Devon Coast.
