Perfect for our fam. The pool fob was missing which was mildly inconvenient w accessing the pool. We worked it out. Comfy beds. The only thing that sucked was that the road was busy, we heard everything outside our windows.

Stunning single story

Everything was great. Super clean. Great communication. 3 King beds with lot's of extra pillows and plenty of open space to gather together as a family. I especially liked that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Private driveway, no shared common wall. The kids loved the pool. We've stayed at several different homes in this Santa Clara/Ivins area, including a couple in Paradise Village and this is definitely one of the best floor plans. I would definitely stay here again.

Labor Day Getaway

Our family had a great time at the Paradise Village Resort. The house was even better than pictured online. It was the perfect floorplan for myself and my 3 married children and their families. Each family had their own bedroom and full size bathroom. The living room and dining area were both large enough for us all to gather. The location close to the Lazy River and Kid pool was perfect.

More Spacious than we thought, needs remodeled!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious with big bedrooms, the kitchen/dining/family room open concept was great. The location was good, very close to the water park area.. Here were our issues. The house needs remodeled.. The carpet in the main family room is pretty gross.. its black and grimy. If the house doesn't get remodeled, it needs a serious deep clean.. The couches are dirty, there is garbage under all the cushions from however many groups have stayed there. There's garbage and dust mites under all the beds and nightstands. The ping pong table was broken, so we didn't use it. There were 4 garbage sacks for us to use for the 6 days we stayed there.. we were using 2 per day. The refrigerator is not cooling the food like it should (our milk spoiled by the 4th day), it might need serviced because the freezer worked just fine. It seems that maybe the house gets so much traffic, the cleaning and maintenance isn't getting the attention to detail it deserves. Not trying to be a Karen, just making sure the owners know the truth.

Wonderful little get away to St. George!

The property appears exactly as listed. We had plenty of room for our group of 13 to sleep, and even more room to entertain a house full of guests for a baby blessing. Great, open floor plan with a bathroom connected to every bedroom. The house is right next to the pool but not overlooking it, which is great for us. We were disappointed/put out that the house was not stocked with simple pantry items like salt or oil as the house listing says there is a pantry. We ended up making two trips to the store just for those items as we had assumed they were there. When you book, make sure to pack those items and some hangers if you want to hang your clothes in the closet. The property managers were very quick to respond and were helpful and kind, though. We would recommend this property and we would stay again. Thanks!

Nice Place

This house was nice and in a good location. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen stocked with cooking supplies. The beds were comfortable. There were a couple of things that I didn't love...the floors and carpets were not clean. My sons white socks were so dirty by the end of each day. The pool was fun but needs cleaned. The water was a bit too murky for me.

Great location, never need to leave the community. But if you want to visit Snow Canyon it’s only like 2 miles away and is also a ton of fun.

Perfect getaway space

Overall, this is a perfect place if you've got a little bit of a larger group of people and some kids. It was close enough to the pool to make it really easy to go back and forth (which happens a lot with kids), but not too close that you felt like that's all you were hearing. Great views of the red rocks on the balcony, misters on the back patio, a large space for hanging out in the living room and kitchen. It was great. The hosts were great. It was a catalyst to a great week.

Last minute vacation save!

We were supposed to be on a house boat in lake Powell for a week and got notice day of, our boat was completely broken. So we took to the internet and found this paradise last minute. It was a dream and so comfortable for the vast ages of our family. Everyone had a great time and we all agreed it was much more comfortable than the house boat would have been, especially with the 110 degree heat! Perfect for a big family, we were able to be together and still have enough space and privacy for ultimate comfort!

we really liked the location close to the pool. The house was clean and pretty well stocked for a large group. The 4pm check-in time is too late. Most VRBO's I stay at are 2pm or 3pm - hotels too.

Great Family-Friendly Vacation!

This was a beautiful house and just enough space for our group of 17 (8 adults and 9 children 8-years-old and under). The pool/water park was, by far, the highlight of the trip and great for all ages! We loved the well-stocked kitchen and personal bathrooms for every family. It was great having pickle ball courts close by as well. Loved the location--close to Harmon's and a short drive to all St. George has to offer. If we could recommend improvement, we'd highly suggest the following: 1) The owners need to put smaller (thinner) mattresses on the bunk beds. The bars were pointless, and we worried about our kids rolling off. 2) All the rooms had closets, but there were no hangers or shelves/drawers to unpack clothes in. 3) Some of the furniture could be more kid-friendly. One of the pieces of furniture in the "Master" bedroom (thin, decorative dresser) actually fell on our 2-year-old when he pulled out a drawer because it was flimsy and not secured to the wall. We ended up moving it to the garage until after our stay. 4) More of an FYI to future renters with babies/toddlers than a complaint, but the rooms were small and could barely fit pack-n-plays. 5) The fridge had some issues with the ice machine and the actual fridge part not being cold enough. 6) We were disappointed that the owners advertised having a Nintendo Switch when there are no games downloaded and ready to play without being an expense to us. 7) The internet needs improvement. We had issues from day one signing in, and even after they sent someone to "fix" it, the connection was poor. The Roku TV wouldn't work half of the time because it couldn't connect, and it rarely worked on our phones. Hopefully some of these issues are resolved for future renters. Overall, we had an amazing week and would happily return!
